1. The Service
Upgrade My Websites (operated by Arslan Ventures LLC) provides AI-assisted website redesign services, delivered as a finished, ready-to-launch website based on the package you purchase (Starter, Standard, or High-End).
2. Ordering & Payment
- Packages are paid in full, upfront, via Stripe at the time of order.
- After payment, you submit the link to your current website plus any redesign wishes.
- A live preview link is typically delivered within 5–7 business days of submission.
3. Revisions
Every package includes 2 free revision rounds. Additional revision rounds beyond these two may be offered at an extra cost, quoted before starting the work.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
If, after both included revision rounds, we are unable to agree on a result you are satisfied with, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment.
5. Domain & Hosting
Your domain and hosting remain entirely in your ownership and control. We deliver the finished website and provide guidance on connecting it to your domain; we do not purchase, register, or manage domains on your behalf.
6. Content Responsibility
We migrate the existing text and images from your current website into the new design. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide (including images and copy you supply directly).
7. Delivery Timeline
The 5–7 day timeline is a target based on standard project scope. Complex requests, delayed feedback, or incomplete submissions may extend delivery time; we will communicate any expected delay.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel before we begin work on your project, contact us as soon as possible. Once redesign work has started, our money-back guarantee (Section 4) governs refund eligibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
Arslan Ventures LLC provides this service on an as-is basis and accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Arslan Ventures LLC as a Wyoming, USA registered company, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
